Story (Two Lumberjacks)

This is an old story  :-

Once there were two lumberjacks, who were cutting trees in a Forrest for a construction firm. Both of them were very talented for the work, and they were done there work hard to earn some money for their family. 

But their tree cutting styles were different from each other. Because one lumberjack cut trees without any rest and even without doing any time wastage for the sharpening of his axe also, while the other one is getting some rest and he had plenty of time for the sharpening also.  

One day some representatives of the construction firm were came to the forest to see the progress of tree cutting. They found that the productivity of the second man is much higher than the first man and they increased his salary also.

The first man was upset about the incident and he went to talk to the representatives. He said, " sir i'm not like the second man, I work whole day without any rest and I didn't take time for axe sharpening also but look that man, He got plenty of time for his rest, I can't think that how this happens, because I had work hard than that man."

Then the representatives started to talk, "Dear sir, actually we want high productivity. It is your duty to take some actions to achieve high productivity rate. Hard work is not important to us. The second man got some rest, because he knew that taking some rest during work can lead to high productivity rate. Look at your axe, It is not sharpened properly, I can't think that how you have cut those trees without sharpening your axe. It seems like you done a hard work but without  productivity. You have much work force than the second man, but you don't know that how to use it."

My Advice - 
As a blogger I don't want to promote tree cutting. Please consider that tree cutting is not good to our future because the primary source of all the foods and the primary source of recycled Oxygen is trees. We can't live without trees.
