Addiction is a process that controls by your mind to get satisfactory, but it don't have a fulfillment and a end and it will become to control your brain.
If you actually want to know that you addicted to some thing so you have to follow these little steps.

- Identify the behavior or thing that you have doubt about addiction.
- Try to suspend that behavior or thing.
- If you unable to suspend that behavior or thing then we can think that it is an addiction.
- Think and decide whether it is a good addiction or bad.
- Actually there are two ways to stop you'r addiction.
- Taking strong and straight actions to stop
eg. I will definitely stop smoking from today.
eg. I will stop smoking from my 25 th birthday.
What will happen after stopping?

- Arranging a day to stop
eg. I will stop smoking from my 25 th birthday.
What will happen after stopping?
This is the most important thing to ask, Actually the time after an addiction stops is the most difficult time period. You must be on your decision straightly and strongly on this time period for at least 21 days. Then it will be a conman thing after passing 21 days.
After 21 days you know what you have stopped and you have no longer an desire to do that again. But some times you may hurt by some feelings to do that again and according to my view this is the worst thing to do after stopping an addiction. If you do that again then it will be more difficult to do this process again.
