Hands Clenched Together

  • Shows a restrained, anxious or negative attitude.
  • Hands clenched in raised position reveals frustration, even smiling.
  • Has three main positions.
  1. Hands clenched in front of the face.
  2. Hands clenched resting on desk or on lap.
  3. Hands clenched in front of the crotch.

  • Their is a link between the height at which the hands are held and the degree of the persons frustration.
  • A person would be more difficult to deal with when the hands are held high.
  • We can take some actions to unlock the person's fingers By:-
  • Offering them a drink.
  •  Asking them to hold something.
There negative attitude will remain in the same way it does with any Arm - Crossing position
